I read an interesting blog earlier today. And on it there was a quote published by whoever that said, true humility is the ability to learn something from anyone.
I like that. No matter what endeavors we climb be humble enough to know that you don't know it all.
Don't judge others for what they are not, but accept them for who they are. Placing unrealistic expectations on others can be harmful to your health. Talk about everything.
In business you must perform, but relationships are not always so easy in terms of expectations of another. Some will meet your expectations, others will not. Leading others is a great task.
Humility doesn't place unrealistic expectations on others, but depends on the faithfulness of God.
